Machining

Welding
Our Welding Division combines skilled craftsmanship with automation to deliver strong, consistent, and dimensionally accurate welded assemblies. We operate dedicated SPMs and robotic welding cells designed for high repeatability, ensuring every joint meets stringent quality and strength standards. Whether MIG, TIG, or spot welding, our processes are backed by robust jigs and fixtures developed in-house to maintain precision and efficiency across all assemblies.

Assembly
At PAMS Engineering, we provide end-to-end assembly solutions that integrate machined and welded parts into complete sub-assemblies ready for direct use in our customers’ manufacturing lines. Our assembly stations are designed for flexibility and consistency, incorporating poka-yoke systems and in-process inspections to ensure flawless fit and function. By managing machining, welding, and assembly under one roof, we guarantee seamless quality and optimized lead times for our customers.
